4. We regret that due to our extremely low prices of our products, we cannot offer any telephonic support. We will however try our utmost to handle any concerns or questions of our very valued customers within a reasonable time frame (usually within 8 hours or less) via email.
5. Due to the non-returnable nature of our digital e-book products and our what-you-see-is-what-you-get-system, we regret that we unfortunately cannot refund any purchases. We will however, gladly try our utmost to provide you with the best possible user experience in providing you with fast & efficient email support and we would even try to provide more information regarding our experiments should a need arise.
6. Due to constant international fluctuations in currency exchange rates, Experiland.com reserves the right to make changes to our various e-book pricing structures or provide discounts as we see fit without prior notice.
7. Our Privacy Policy states that we guarantee that any information submitted by a user / member will not be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.
